President and Chairman

Mr. Webb serves as president and chairman of the Open Road Foundation, a member of the Board of Trustees, and is founder and managing partner of Legacy Management. He formed Legacy Management in 2011. Prior to founding Legacy, Mr. Webb was an operating partner with Fenway Partners. At 35, Mr. Webb was named the Texas Motor Transportation Associations'  "Trucking Leader of the Year," and went on to lead that association as its president and chief executive officer for 10 years. He is the author of Igniting the Blue Flame: Answering the Call to Leadership and founder of the Blue Flame Project, a national leadership initiative, and an active investor in various industries, including transportation and logistics.

Vice-Chairman

Mr. Kramer serves as vice-chairman of the Open Road Foundation, a member of the Board of Trustees, and is the founder of AVC Partners. He formed AVC Partners in 2013 after a stint at H.I.G. Capital. Previously, he spent nearly a decade at Fenway Partners where he lead the firm's practice in the Transportation/Logistics sector. Mr. Kramer is involved in sourcing transactions, leading financings and portfolio company oversight at AVC Partners. Prior to joining Fenway, Mr. Kramer was a Principal at Aurora Capital Group, a Los Angeles-based private equity firm. Prior to Aurora Capital, Mr. Kramer was a consultant for Corporate Decisions Inc., a Boston-based consulting firm. Mr. Kramer received a M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and a B.A. cum laude in Government from Dartmouth College.

Board Member

Mr. Smith, appointed a member of the Board of Trustees in 2013, is Executive Vice President at True North Companies, a Cedar Rapids, Iowa risk management firm. He specializes exclusively in developing Risk Management and Insurnce Programs for the transportation industry and has been focus on the firm's transportation practice since its inception in 2001. He is agraduate of the University of Iowa with a business degree specializing in management and marketing. He is an active member of the American Trucking Associations (ATA) Labor and Regulatory Policy Committee  He is also actively involved in the Trucking Industry Defense Association (TIDA) and Truckload Carriers Association.

Chris Munro is the founder of AVC Partners - a private equity advisory and investment group which focuses upon 5/15M EBITDA businesses in the logistics and business service sectors. He is a proven, transformational CEO  and long term investment partner. As an entrepreneurial public and private CEO, a board member, and investor, Chris has a history of strong execution, governance skills, strategic repositioning, acquisitions/divestments, deep customer relationships and developing high-performing, process-oriented leadership teams. This has led to an exemplary track record of increased sustainable shareholder value in Western Europe, Asia Pacific and the Americas. Chris has sourced, led and repositioned public, private and private-equity-owned businesses ranging from $200 million to $6 billion. He has deep experience in several industries, including consumer products, business services, logistics, and manufacturing. Today he sits on high growth boards with Surya Carpets, Team One and Fusion Sleep, and most recently Capstone Logistics and Beavex. He is also the Southern Regional Chair for YPO/WPO Deal Network. Chris has a master’s degree in Economics from the University of Glasgow and an Executive MBA from the London Business School. Chris lives in Atlanta, GA and enjoys spending time with his family, golf, motorbike riding and extensive traveling.
